A cool climate Chardonnay with just a touch of French Oak. This one strikes a beautiful balance between its fruit flavour and savoury complexity. The acid is soft and the finish nutty. A new world, small batch wine that may just convert those non-chardonnay drinkers (you know the ones)!

The soft acid and nuttiness of this wine perfectly position it for seaside BBQs. We’re thinking charcoal prawn skewers, smoked pipis or; if you want to get decadent, perhaps a lobster tail straight from the shell.
