 Mostly Sauvignon Blanc with a bit of Shiraz. 100% naturally fermented in tank with no additives. Bottled near the end of fermentation for natural carbonation. Undisgorged.

Bright pink hue with a frizzante fizz. Raspberries, strawberries and pick grapefruit with a spicy lift. Dry, cruchy palate - savoury/sweet strawberry, gooseberries and tropical fruit dances across the palate on tippy toes of light bubbles.
