Borgogno Barolo DOCG 2021

Langhe Nebbiolo DOC No Name is crafted by the historic Piedmontese house Borgogno, one of the oldest wineries in the Barolo zone (founded in 1761). In recent years Borgogno committed to organic viticulture and has held organic certification since around 2019.

A classic expression of Nebbiolo sourced from top Barolo vineyards including Cannubi, Fossati and Liste. Ruby-garnet in colour with lifted red fruits, spice and elegant floral tones. Bright acidity and fine, silky tannins give balance and length. Aged over 24 months in large Slavonian oak. Perfect with rich meat dishes, game, braises or slow-cooked beef.
