80y dry grown block located in the southern part of the Barossa. One day on skins and pressed to barrel after.

More complexity with hints of honey comb, peach and lemon curd, soft salinity in mouth with endless after taste.

Like driving a mini Cooper with a supercharged V8 as engine.
