A crisp German style lager with German Pilsner. Vienna and Munich malts for light, toasty and slightly bready malt flavours. A soft, clean bitterness from Perle hops, combine with New Zealand Pacifica hops providing unique floral and citrus aromas and flavours. Fermented with German yeast and using the traditional spunding method of natural carbonation gives this beer a nice rounded mouthfeel and a clean, crisp finish.
