Each year, the winemaking team selects a blend of vibrant, fruit-forward red varieties to create this lively style. Around 5% of the fruit is destemmed and lightly crushed at the base of the fermenter, while the remaining grapes are left as whole bunches to encourage natural carbonic maceration. Juice is drained daily throughout fermentation to carefully manage tannin extraction and stalk influence.The result is an irresistibly juicy red bursting with freshness. Equally enjoyable served with a light chill, it shines as a lighter red for cooler months and is the perfect choice when a refreshing red is called for on warmer days.
