Notes from the winemaker, Jeanie!
Freeman Vineyard Young, Organic Pinot Gris. Wild ferment on skins for 5 days. Drained and basket pressed off into tank to finish ferment. Élevage on fine lees for 12 months before transferring to tank and bottled by gravity. Minimal sulphur added on bottling. Grippy, textural, orange zest with peachy fruitiness.
