The Shaw + Smith Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is vibrant, pure and incredibly drinkable, showcasing the generosity of a warmer season. Lively notes of pink grapefruit, zesty lime and citrus blossom lead the nose, while the palate is long, textural and refreshing, finishing with a bright, tangy twist.

Grown at Balhannah and Lenswood on organically farmed vineyards, the fruit enjoyed a warm, dry season balanced by cool nights, helping the grapes retain their natural acidity and build flavour. Gently pressed and cool-fermented, the wine spent time on lees to enhance mouthfeel and add subtle complexity.

Now in its 36th release, Shaw + Smith’s Sauvignon Blanc remains a benchmark of the Adelaide Hills—crisp, pure and effortlessly enjoyable from first sip to last.
