Hand harvested, dried on ancient drying racks, resulting in a semi-sweet golden, aromatic flavoured wine.

In their prime, drying racks for dehydrating sultana grapes could be found throughout the Riverland. The Jury Road drying rack, which had been abandoned for 35 years, was restored and used to create our Zibibbo Passito. (Sun dried for 45 days), creating a semi-sweet, aromatic flavoured wine.

While Passito style wines are traditionally consumed with dessert, this zesty, flavoursome and fun wine can be enjoyed without a prescribed occasion. Match with seafood on the beach or a tumbler filled with ice on a warm summer’s day, it is one that will impress.
