Entropy Pinot Noir 2022

Aromatic, a little spice and very special! This is Ryan's second single vineyard Pinot release from the Willow Grove Vineyard. Time was taken to rehabilitate the vines that were affected by trunk disease and remove the blackberry bushes from the site. 

Vineyard - Willow Grove Vineyard, 22 year old vines 
Soils - Red Volcanic soils 
Vineyard practices - Organic, ungrafted and unirrigated vines 
Vinification - 100% destemmed into tanks for 3 weeks on skins with gentle punch  downs every few days before pressing into old French barriques
