Joshua Cooper Shay's Flat Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

It's on the darker side of Cabernet, with cassis, chocolate and olive notes and some cedar and spice flowing through the palate, which is fine and detailed and not overbearing at all. A wonderful Cabernet with energy, personality and drive.
